Meet Dylan Dishon, King of the Krewe of Healing

In his 12 years of life, Dylan Dishon has harnessed the power of healing with a strength that few of us can imagine. Born with congenital heart disease, his single ventricle defect was the first of several conditions to be diagnosed and treated at Children’s Hospital. Through multiple surgeries, long ICU stays, and numerous outpatient and therapy visits, this Northshore teen has become Children’s Hospital royalty. As King of the Krewe of Healing, Dylan Dishon sees Children’s Hospital as a place that not only mends the body, but also celebrates the spirit.
