Priority will be given to our academic practice partnership and current Children's Hospital employees. Applicants from highly regarded programs will also be considered.

Step 1:
Must have a current LCMC Health/School Affiliation Agreement or Children’s Hospital/School Affiliation Agreement. Nurse Practitioner students must also have an active Louisiana RN license and your program must be approved for clinicals by the Louisiana State Board of Nursing.
Step 2:
Complete the following form and allow two to three weeks for a response.
Step 3:
If matched must provide the following documents:
- Active BLS card
- Verification of active RN license (if an NP student)
- Letter from the school stating student is in good standing, who will be the preceptor, and the time frame for the clinicals
- Children’s Hospital Attestation form
