Children's Hospital Earns Accreditation from the American College of Radiology

Children’s Hospital has been granted a three-year term of accreditation by the American College of Radiology (ACR) in Ultrasound in the areas of General, Gynecological, Pediatric, Vascular-Abdominal, Vascular-Cerebrovascular, Vascular-Deep-Abdominal, and Vascular-Peripheral at the hospital’s main campus.

ACR accreditation is a rigorous process in which the Children's Hospital team of sonographers, radiologists, physicists, equipment, and image quality are heavily and thoroughly scrutinized by a panel of medical experts to determine if we demonstrate the highest standards. ACR Accreditation is recognized as the gold standard in medical imaging.
