The Children’s Hospital Eye Care Center welcomes referrals from a
pediatrician or other healthcare provider for a newborn, infant, child,
or adolescent for the evaluation of pediatric eye disorders. A school
nurse will often refer a child to an eye care provider if the nurse has
concerns about the child’s eye health in school. In addition, the
department welcomes new patients and those interested in seeking a second opinion.
