The Trauma Center at Children's Hospital New Orleans is dedicated to keeping kids safe. Based on the needs of our patients and the community, our injury prevention and outreach coalition implement evidence-based programs, such as child passenger safety education and fitting stations, community education workshops, as well as our Gun Safety campaign, all developed to help parents and caregivers prevent childhood injuries.
