The Children’s Hospital New Orleans Healthy Voider Clinic offers
a convenient way to address voiding issues in children and teens. The
Urology department providers recognize that urinary problems can be embarrassing
for both children and their parents, though voiding issues are one of
the most common reasons children and teens are referred to a pediatric
urology specialist.
Our pediatric voiding specialists offer a thorough assessment of the child’s
voiding issue to make sure a serious underlying condition is not causing
voiding dysfunction. Our team works with the patient and family to offer
a comprehensive evaluation and treatment plan to help the patient achieve
continence.
What is voiding dysfunction?

- Urinary incontinence
- Urinary urgency and frequency
